In the last month a lot of people asked me if there is a way to re-enable the Codename “Umbrella” add-in for the Windows Home Server. Especially non-administrators have trouble installing SharePoint on the WHS.

There are two things which are about to happen now from my side:

  1. I will provide a way to use the Codename “Umbrella” add-in again within the next two weeks.
  2. I would like to know how many people would actually use the add-in: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/7LQ8HT6 .
